Welcome to VoxMind AI. By using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using VoxMind AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
VoxMind AI is a voice memo application that provides AI-powered transcription, summarisation, action item extraction, semantic search, and weekly Mind Briefs. The service is available as a mobile application for Android (and soon iOS).
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use VoxMind AI.
Free Plan: Limited to 5 memos per month and 10 searches per day. Includes basic text search and AI transcription.
Pro Plan: Unlimited memos, unlimited searches, semantic search, Mind Briefs, and priority processing. Available with weekly ($2.49/wk), monthly ($6.99/mo), or annual ($41.88/yr) billing. All new Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.
You retain ownership of all voice recordings, transcripts, and other content you create using VoxMind AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing our services (transcription, summarisation, search, etc.).
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed only to deliver the features you use.
You agree not to:
Transcriptions, summaries, and Mind Briefs are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. VoxMind AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You should review AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
VoxMind AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Upon deletion, all your data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, and personal information) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
