VoxMind AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your name and profile picture as provided by Google.
Voice Recordings: When you record a voice memo, the audio file is uploaded to our secure servers for transcription and AI processing. We store the audio, transcript, AI-generated summary, and extracted action items.
Usage Data: We collect anonymised analytics to improve the app, including feature usage, session duration, and error reports (via Sentry).
Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card number. We store only the last 4 digits and card brand for display purposes.
Your voice memos are processed using Google's Gemini AI API for transcription, summarisation, and embedding generation. Audio data is sent to Gemini's API servers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Audio files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. We implement row-level security so you can only access your own data.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete a memo, the audio file and all associated data (transcript, summary, action items, embeddings) are permanently deleted. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

VoxMind AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
